Using the Shopping Cart
The Coro Allegro online store uses a Virtual Shopping Cart to collect your order as you shop. To add something to your cart, select the appropriate options on the page describing the item and then click the Add to Cart button. Clicking the View Cart button will show the current contents of the shopping cart. You may chage the quantity of any item in the shopping cart by typing a new value in this list and clicking the arrow button. To remove an item from your cart, set its quantity to zero. You may also use the Empty Shopping Cart link to remove all items from the cart. The Continue Shopping button takes you back to the page for the item you added to the cart so you may continue to shop.

Clicking the Go to Check Out button from any of the pages inside the store or from the Shopping Cart Contents page will take you to the final check-out page where you enter your payment and shipping information to complete your order. When checking out of the store, please be sure to fill in all of the fields requested, including name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number, so we can ensure you the highest possible quality of service.

Payment Options
Purchases may be made using a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or by check. You may complete credit card orders securely and entirely online. Your card is not actually charged until your order is fulfilled.

When paying by check, you will receive a form upon checking out of the store which you should print and mail to the Chorus office together with your check to complete your purchase.

Security
The online store makes use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server to protect your payment information. Your credit card number is always encrypted before being transmitted over the internet; it is never sent in “clear text”. Our shopping cart software provider, americart.com, is certified by VeriSign, so we are able to display the VeriSign logo on our store pages, assuring you that you may shop online in complete confidence.

If, however, you prefer not to use the online store to make credit card purchases, you may still place your order by phone at 617-236-4011, or by FAX at 617-236-0334.

Shipping Charges and Sales Tax
A $2.00 handling fee will be applied to all ticket and subscription orders placed through the online store.

Shipping of $2.50 per CD will be added to orders of Coro Allegro CDs.

Five percent sales tax will be added to all merchandise orders shipped within Massachusetts. (Sales tax will not be added to the purchase of tickets, or to tax-deductible contributions.) When checking out, please be sure to answer the question about whether you live in Massachusetts so that the shopping cart software can correctly calculate the sales tax for your order.

Ticket Sales Policy
All sales of tickets and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

A $2.00 handling fee will be applied to all ticket and subscription orders placed through the online store.

Ticket orders will be acknowledged by e-mail when they are processed. If you are paying by check, be sure to mail your order form and check promptly; we will not process any such orders until we have received your check. Tickets will be mailed out beginning approximately one month prior to the concert date.

Ticket orders placed within 7 days prior to the concert date will no longer be mailed, instead, these orders will be held in your name at the “will-call” desk at the concert venue for pickup prior to the concert: please allow ample time to collect your tickets before the performance starts.

We cannot guarantee our ability to fulfill ticket orders placed less than 48 hours prior to the concert date. If your order cannot be fulfilled, your credit card will not be charged, or your check will be returned to you. You may still be able to obtain tickets at the door on the day of the performance, but we cannot guarantee such availability.

Ticket Discounts
For group purchases of 10 or more tickets, a 15% discount is available.

Students with a current, valid ID and seniors 65 and older are eligible for a $5 discount.

The online store does not calculate these discounts into your ticket order. If a discount applies, be sure to let us know in the “Special Instructions” section when you place your online order. When your order is actually billed, we’ll apply the discount to the credit card charge.

When ordering tickets online, please also let us know in the “Special Instructions” section of your order any of the following optional information:

have tickets held at the door instead of mailed to you
for concerts at Jordan Hall or Sanders Theatre, your seating section preference (balcony, mezzanine, or orchestra)
let us know who referred you to the site
